Glasgow Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Support Group

The Charlie Reid Centre, 19 Elmbank Street, Glasgow G2 4PB

1st Wednesday of the month, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

The group is voluntary and is open to all sufferers 18 years plus* and their carers free of charge.

Together we will create and develop a safe space to discover, explore and nurture your inner creativity and spontaneity to enable reflection and growth.

This group will be fun and an effective way of using action methods and an individual's own experiences to explore issues, life's goals, self confidence, self esteem and much more in a supportive, safe environment.
