Exercise, walking, socialising with friends and family
Swimming, eating out, socialising with friends
To lift my mood I cycle, play golf, listen to music, dance and sing
Being in my garden working with the plants
I enjoy doing the garden, it helps being out in the fresh air and it is nice to see the work I have done. Exercise and eating healthily is also good. Zumba is a good laugh
On dark winter nights, I stick on a dvd boxset of my favourite sitcom. A couple of hours of classic comedy does the trick
Looking around the garden and gardening, walking, the countryside and the sea
Exercise on bike, going to the cinema, eat chocolate and talk to friends
When playing with my 5 year old son I allow myself to think at his level and forget being an adult for a time
