If I’m feeling a bit stressed or preoccupied then swimming is a great way to relax. My thinking always seems to become more balanced after being in the water and I tend to sleep well too.
I make sure I get out and get some fresh air every day – walking to and from work in the week, getting out for a walk or a cycle at the weekend. I try to eat healthily but not to be hard on myself when I don’t!
