I’ve been doing yoga for the past 16 years and although I do it regularly, if I’ve become particularly stressed, it helps me to breathe more deeply and become calmer.
Nothing beats taking quality holidays in the Highlands which my husband and I have been doing for nearly 20 years. With Bobby, our budgie, in tow we head off and stay in a static caravan located by a beautiful river.
