Action on Depression in the Highlands and Islands
Action on Depression work in the Highlands and Islands to support people affected by depression. We do this through raising awareness about depression and how to get help and offering training to people experiencing low mood, depression and anxiety and for those working to support them.
Courses
We run Living Life to the Full life skills courses in the Highlands and Islands. These are either open to the public or run with partner organisations. Course details will be listed here.
Self-help groups
There aren't any self-help groups in the Highlands and Islands area which are affiliated to Action on Depression, but we also maintain a list of groups run by other organisations.
